Tara Noseck is a holistic dietitian/nutritionist based in Las Vegas. As a busy mom, raising two toddlers, she acutely understands the challenges facing parents as they try to raise healthy kids in the modern world.
With the majority of chronic disease rooted in lifestyle, she knows that food is one of the most powerful and accessible tools we have to move the needle for our health and our children's future health.
When she's not working with clients in her private consulting practice, you'll find her in jeans and a t-shirt, loving on her 2 tiny humans, cooking homemade meals (which her kids sometimes eat), decorating her 70's abode and collecting more houseplants.

Hi! I am Meghan. I have many years of experience teaching which includes 4th grade at a Catholic School in Indiana. Deciding to further my Education, I attended Indiana State University. Attending classes for Education, I switched majors and graduated with a BA in Technical Theater from Purdue University. Spending time working with amazing shows, I have still maintained a career in teaching.
